Dubai Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (dark)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks (dark)
- Optional: pistachio bits (for Dubai vibe)
Steps
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet + dry, fold in dark chocolate chunks.
- Top with pistachio bits.
- Bake at 175°C for 10–12 minutes.
